These are the four main policy pillars currently governing VEBYLO purchases and service access.

Dispatch + Delivery
VEBYLO pieces may be ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or release-based. Dispatch timing depends on the garment, production window, and order status.
Returns
Exchanges + Final Sale
Due to limited drops, body-sensitive categories, and controlled production, not every item is returnable. Read category rules before ordering.
Privacy
Data + Communication
Customer information is used for order processing, communication, delivery, and internal business operations tied directly to VEBYLO.
Terms
Use + Purchase Conditions
By ordering, booking, or requesting access, you agree to the terms governing payments, fulfillment, scheduling, and product handling.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is based on release structure, order type, and garment readiness.

Processing Window

Ready-to-ship pieces generally move faster than made-to-order pieces. Limited drops, customs, and atelier work may require extended processing based on build schedule and order volume.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. VEBYLO is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address submission at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is issued once the order is shipped. Transit time begins after dispatch, not at the moment the order is placed.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs delays, or high-volume release periods may affect delivery timing. These do not automatically qualify an order for refund.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because VEBYLO operates through limited production, category rules matter.

Possible Exchange Cases
Unworn eligible garments in original condition may qualify for exchange review if the request is made quickly and the item is not body-sensitive, custom, or marked final sale.

Unworn + original state
No visible wear, damage, odor, alteration, or misuse.
Timeline
Prompt request required
Do not hold garments for extended periods before contacting support.
Restricted
Non-Return Categories
Custom commissions, atelier builds, deposit-based work, worn items, appointment fees, and intimate/body-sensitive categories may be non-returnable and/or final sale.
Final Sale
Custom + made-to-order + intimate categories
These pieces are built or handled under stricter product rules.
Deposits
Subject to stated deposit rules
Deposits do not automatically convert into cash refunds.

PRIVACY POLICY

Only business-relevant information should be collected and used.

Information Used

VEBYLO may use submitted information for order processing, appointment management, shipping coordination, customer service, and direct communication tied to brand operations.

Communication

Email or contact information may be used to confirm orders, respond to support requests, communicate fulfillment updates, and handle issues related to appointments, inquiries, or pulls.

Protection

VEBYLO does not frame customer data as public material. Information should remain tied to internal business handling, order completion, and operational follow-up.

Third Parties

Payment processors, shipping carriers, and connected ecommerce systems may receive only the information required to complete the transaction or delivery.

TERMS OF USE + PURCHASE

Use of the site and purchase of products means agreement with the operating conditions below.

Product Availability

Inventory, pricing, release timing, and availability may change without notice. Limited production means product access is controlled and not permanently guaranteed.

Payment

Orders may require full payment, deposit, or a stated balance schedule depending on the garment or service. A submitted order is not permission to ignore stated payment conditions.

Appointments + Pulls

Appointment access and stylist pull access are subject to approval. Submission does not equal acceptance, and confirmed access can still be revoked if terms are not followed.

Brand Materials

Visual assets, product names, garment concepts, and written brand material remain part of the VEBYLO world and are not open for unauthorized duplication or misuse.
