Private VEBYLO appointments are for fittings, pickups, showroom reviews, custom consultation, and controlled access to the work. This is not open walk-in traffic. Every slot is intentional.

APPOINTMENT TYPES

Select the correct kind of appointment so the session is prepared properly before arrival.

Fitting
Garment Fitting
For sizing review, silhouette check, fit correction, and pre-purchase assessment of VEBYLO garments.
Pickup
Order Pickup
For approved order collection, deposit completion, final review, and controlled handoff of finished work.
Custom
Consultation
For atelier/custom discussion, commission direction, fabric talk, delivery expectations, and budget review.

PROCESS

Every appointment follows a controlled sequence. No confusion. No loose access.

Step 01

Submit Request

Send your full name, purpose of visit, requested date, requested garments or service, and whether the appointment is fitting, pickup, or consultation.

Step 02

Approval Review

VEBYLO reviews whether the request fits the calendar, the inventory, and the purpose of the appointment.

Step 03

Confirmation

If approved, you receive your appointment time, instructions, and any required preparation before arrival.

Step 04

Attend on Time

Arrive prepared, on time, and with any required references, measurements, payment, or order information already ready.

Preparation protects the session and keeps the appointment efficient.

Bring With You
Full name, order reference if applicable, exact garment name, accurate measurements if requested, and payment balance if pickup is tied to completion.
For Fittings
Measurements + proper underlayers
Come ready to assess fit correctly, not approximately.
For Pickups
Order confirmation + remaining balance
Do not arrive without knowing what is due.
Optional
Helpful Materials
Moodboard, styling references, footwear reference, event information, and body notes that affect fit or wearing conditions.
For Consultations
Visual references
References help define direction faster and keep expectations clear.
For Events
Date + location + dress context
The garment must be matched to its actual environment.

APPOINTMENT RULES

Access is private and structured. These rules keep the work protected.

Approval Only

Appointments are not automatic. Every visit must be approved and confirmed before attendance.

No Walk-Ins

Unscheduled visits are not accepted. VEBYLO runs by controlled access, not open traffic.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the calendar and session type.

Payment Readiness

Pickup appointments tied to balance due must be settled according to the order terms before release.

Custom Sessions

Consultation does not guarantee production. Final approval depends on scope, timeline, and build capacity.

Come prepared, concise, and intentional. Appointment windows are reserved and should be treated as such.
